About me
My name is Jacob McAuley, I am a high school student. I like to spend my time drinking coffee, listening to music and building things. I am in the process of teaching myself three instruments, saxophone, piano and the ukulele. Travelling the world is one of my long term goals, so far I have been able to scratch eight countries off the list.
I've always had an interest in biology, starting as a young kid. Marine biology was my first introduction to the field of biology. This lead me to go on a sailing trip where I was able to take a condensed marine biology course. In school, I have made it my goal to prioritize biology. To do this I am taking AP biology in hopes to stand out in my application into universities. In the future, I am thinking of a carrier in Biotech, Biochem, or biomedical engineering.
